I just finished my first playthrough and I still have a tonne of achievements to get so it definitely has a high potential for replaying. It's 100% text based but it works really well.

This was a really fun game, the writing was clever and I felt I had a lot of plot options. To take things to the next level I wish there was a challenge mode where you were trying to sign a famous actor, or another the fire, make a certain amount of money within the season, build a certain amount of character connections etc. this would give the end result more direction.
